The Voluntary Exit Survey serves as another means to gather information about Drexel work experience and will allow HR to analyze trends, identify common themes, and appropriately address concerns. Ultimately, HR's goal is to increase the likelihood of retaining top talent and continue making Drexel an employer of choice.

We encourage you to complete the Voluntary Online Exit Survey if you are separating from Drexel University, the Academy of Natural Sciences or Drexel University Online. If you would like to request a face-to-face interview, please contact your HR Business Partner.

If you are a supervisor of someone who is leaving, please contact your HR Business Partner and provide the following information:

• Employee's name
• University identification number
• Last day of employment
• Email address

Supervisors with employees who terminate their employment are required to complete the Employee Separation Checklist.
