Software for Employees

Drexel and DUCOM employees have access to various types of software to assist with day-to-day functions.

DrexelOne

DrexelOne is an online portal that gives you access to:

• Pay information and stubs
• Performance evaluations
• Benefits information
• Course Registration if enrolled as a student

EnrollOnline

Drexel and DUCOM employees enroll in and manage their benefit deductions through EnrollOnline.  To access EnrollOnline, log in to DrexelOne, select the Employees tab, and then select Benefits Service Center. 

Online Employee Performance Evaluations

Drexel and DUCOM professional staff employee evaluations are completed using online software for all annual and introductory period evaluations.  For more information about professional staff employee evaluations, visit the Performance Management Process page. 

OrgPlus

OrgPlus displays real-time organizational charts. All employees have access to basic organization charts which display reporting relationships and each employee’s name, title, and department.  Employees with Web*Salary access are able to see additional views with salary and span of control information.  A Quick Reference Guide [PDF] and a User's Guide [PDF] are available to assist you with the software.
