Gaining Access

Authorized personnel can gain access to Web*Salary by using the Web*Salary Authorization Form for Drexel Employees [PDF] or the Web*Salary Authorization Form for DUCOM Employees [PDF].   Once completed, please submit the form to:

Understanding Web*Salary Functions

Fiscal Position Summary

This section provides the following information for each position:

  • Account number
  • Position number
  • Position title
  • Adjusted budget
  • Year-to-date activity
  • Encumbrances
  • Remaining balance

You can also view the department totals for each of these categories in this section.

Fiscal Position Detail

Use this section to access records of any of the information listed in the Fiscal Position Summary.

Departmental Roster

This section displays the following information for all active employees within your organization:

  • Name
  • ID
  • Position number
  • Job title
  • Job end date (if applicable)
  • Home organization
  • Amount of salary pulled from unrestricted funds
  • Amount of salary pulled from restricted funds
  • Total salary
