Apple has disclosed serious security vulnerabilities for iPhones, iPads and Macs that could potentially allow attackers to take complete control of these devices.

A critical software update has been released for all iOS (iPhones and iPads) and macOS devices designated iOS 15.6.1 and macOS 12.5.1.

Please update your iOS and macOS devices as soon as possible to ensure you are protected.

How to Update

iOS (iPhone/iPad): Open the "Settings" app, then select General > Software Update to be sure that your device is running the newest version of iOS (15.6.1).

macOS: Open "System Preferences," then navigate to "Software Update," then follow the directions on the next screen to update to macOS Monterey 12.5.1.
