Office 365 Email Search Issues - February 27, 2017 - 11:44 AM - Information about Office 365 Email at all locations from Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11:44 AM: Email searching in Office 365 may not produce search results as expected within the Outlook Application or Outlook on the web. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is currently deploying a fix to the users at Drexel that are affected by this. This outage only affects users that have had their email already migrated to Office 365.

DrexelOne-Banner Integration - January 3, 2017 - 8:00 AM - Information about DrexelOne at all locations from Tuesday, January 03, 2017 at 8:00 AM: We are currently experiencing issues with real-time integration between Banner and DrexelOne. We have reverted to a manual integration process for now. We are currently running this every 6 hours. Because of this, you may experience a delay in seeing your information updated in DrexelOne. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working to restore real-time integration.
