Associate Dean for Career Strategies Donna Gerson has been selected to serve on the National Association for Law Placement, Inc.’s (NALP’s) Market Trends and Recovery Advisory Group, which will create best practices for law schools and employers on how to respond to changing market needs brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I am honored and excited to be a part of this innovative Advisory Group,” said Gerson. “This data [that the group will compile] will help our students make informed decisions about their professional development.”

Gerson has more than 20 years of experience in career strategies in law schools and has been at Drexel University’s Kline School of Law since 2014. She has authored several books on legal hiring and professional development. In addition to her appointment to the Advisory Group, Gerson was elected to the 2020-2021 NALP Nominating Committee.
