Trustee Professor Amy Boss has been selected to receive the prestigious Outstanding State Chair Award from the American Bar Foundation Fellows on Feb. 3.
One of the nation’s premiere commercial law scholars, Boss is an expert on legal issues in electronic commerce and on codifying international commercial law through treaty. Boss is member of the Permanent Editorial Board of the Uniform Commercial Code and has served as chair of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law. She is a member of the American Law Institute Council.
The award will be presented at the foundation’s 62nd Annual Awards Reception and Banquet in Vancouver, British Columbia, in conjunction with the ABA Midyear Meeting.
