The studios for part-time students enrolled in the Part-Time Evening Program are located on the 4th Floor of Drexel’s Main Building. A small number of hot-desks and lockable boxes are available to encourage the use of the space also outside of class time.

There are two computer labs accessible for the use of our architecture students. Scanning and small-scale printing is available free of charge. The labs are located in Room 018 at 3201 Arch Street and in Room 417 on the 4th floor of Drexel’s Main Building.
NOTE: Room 417 will be closed for the Winter Term 2012 as it serves as Visiting Team Room during the NAAB Accreditation Visit in the Middle of March. We expect that the computers will be accessible again as of the middle of Week 10, just in time to support you preparing for Winter Final Presentations. We apologize for the inconvenience!

The Plotting Office is located in Room 419 on the 4th floor of Drexel’s Main Building. Customers are not permitted in the plotting office. Please come to the Dutch door at Room 418 D to use our services. Please note that we can accept credit card payment only. Color and black/white printing on 8 ½” x 11” and 11” x 17” as well as large format plotting up to 36”x48” is available for a nominal fee. A large format scanner is also available. Printing, scanning and plotting are executed by trained staff only.
The Plotting Office is open during the Fall, Winter and Spring Terms from Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Special hours will be announced prior to thesis reviews or final presentations.

The newly created Fabrication/Model Shop in Room 421, 4th floor of Drexel’s Main Building is outfitted with a wide range of new tabletop and hand power tools. The Architecture Program recently acquired a 2011 Universal VLS6.60 laser for cutting and engraving, with a wide and deep engraving area with a material processing area of 32" x 18" x 9". All Architecture and Interiors students will have access to the Fabrication/Model Shop after appropriate training.
The Fabrication/Model Shop is open during the Fall, Winter and Spring Terms from Mondays through Fridays from 5 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm. Please check announcement at the door for altered opening times.
All Architecture Students also have access to the College’s workshop at the Visual Studies Arts Annex Woodshop. The Annex Shop is located at 3220 Cherry Street and offers access to larger wood working equipment.
