University Marketing & Communications will schedule a meeting with key stakeholders from your organization as well as representatives from the IT Web Integrations team to finalize details and establish an initial project timeline.

Project Kick-off Meeting Agenda

  • Third Party Vendors Involved
  • Review approved designs and assess development requirements
  • Establish the initial project timeline including
    • Creating the site skeleton in Sitecore
    • Moving and editing existing content
    • Implementing approved designs for homepage and custom section pages
    • Adding and Editing Content
    • Content freeze and pre-launch QA and final review

*Once the project timeline has been established additional requests or changes to design or development specifications will result in a change to the project completion date.
