Papercut Upgrade

PaperCut Printing was restored to regular operation for all locations on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 7:22 PM. During the advertised window, Drexel's centralized instance of PaperCut (print.drexel.edu) was down for an application upgrade, and printing through PaperCut at locations serviced by the centralized PaperCut instance was sporadically unavailable.

Information about VPN.Drexel.edu at all locations from Friday, April 26, 2024 at 7:00 AM until Friday, April 26, 2024 at 8:00 AM: Informational Message: Drexel VPN (vpn.drexel.edu) will be receive critical software patches released by the vendor on Wednesday. This software upgrade should not be user visible do to the High Availability (redundant) nature of the VPN server. For example, users should not be disconnected from their Anyconnect sessions.
