Food Science Seminar Series

The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management’s Department of Culinary Arts and Food Science is presenting a series of Food Science seminars open to the public.  The events will take place on Wednesday evenings during the spring term.  The speaker series will cover topics such as food technology, food microbiology, quality testing, military food support, and more.

The Food Science Seminar Series is held every Wednesday during the spring term:
