Environmental Programs

Environmental programs within the Department of Health & Safety are responsible for providing safety and compliance guidelines, services and resources to the students, faculty and staff of Drexel University. These programs are designed to reduce the environmental impact of hazardous waste, asbestos, pesticides, lead, chemicals and other pollutants on the campus environment.

Current environmental programs at Drexel University include: asbestos operations and management, lead operations and management, hazardous waste management, pesticide use on campus, SPCC program, underground/above ground store tank program, the Clean Air program and the Right-to-Know program.
