Alumni Update: Where are they now?

Jacqueline Cooke, MSN ’97, joined the Beebe Medical Center, a not-for-profit community medical center in Lewes, Delaware, as Clinical Nurse Educator in the Women’s Health area. She previously spent 18 years in various settings within the field of women’s health including in hospitals, private practice and teaching undergraduate and graduate nursing courses at the University of Delaware.

Jennifer Killeen Dupree, MCAT ’85, joined Stella Maris as a Community Liaison Manager for Hospice and Home Care. Stella Maris provides a comprehensive range of health and housing services in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Prior to her employment at Stella Maris, Ms. Dupree was a Community Service Representative and Trainer for Home Instead Senior Care and an Executive Sales Representative for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals.

Kathy Landau Goodman, MS Speech Pathology & Audiology ’79, and her colleagues at Main Line Audiology Consultants, PC, have launched a blog on the company website to provide hearing care tips to Philadelphia area residents on a regular basis. Dr. Goodman is president of Main Line Audiology Consultants, PC, a Fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology and is licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, she has been Chair of the Audiology Awareness Campaign since 1994 and the Audiology Consultant to the U.S. Department of Labor and the School District of Philadelphia.

Shon Grosse, MPT ’96, a physical therapist, was featured on the blog Motivating Minutes. Mr. Grosse consults and trains at his clinic, Comprehensive Physical Therapy, in Colmar, Pennsylvania. He previously served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for Penn State University Athletics, working with multiple NCAA champions as well as future professional and Olympic athletes in football, wrestling, track and field and men’s lacrosse. He has been published in The Physician and Sports Medicine, ADVANCE for Physical Therapists, the EliteFTS website, and in Men’s Health.

Paul Nolan, MCAT ’82, an assistant clinical professor and the Director of Music Therapy Education in Drexel’s Department of Creative Arts Therapies, was interviewed by the University’s online publication DrexelNow.
