Connexus Technology creates better a patient experience by connecting health care organizations with software tools to increase clinical and operational performance.
Founded in 2003 by Lawrence James and Christopher Holland, Connexus joined the Baiada Institute by inheriting a spot from a former start-up company of James’ called OnStreets.com.
As a part of the Baiada Institute, Connexus benefited from entrepreneurship events and the ability to work with other Baiada companies and like-minded entrepreneurs, providing a place to vet ideas, opportunities, and strategies.
Connexus Technology has received several awards, including the 2007 SBA Young Entrepreneurs of the Year, the 2008 Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Innovation Business of the Year, and the 2012 Healthcare Consultants of the Year by United Healthcare and Philadelphia Business Journal. They also earned a place in the Drexel University & Philadelphia Business Journal 40 Under 40 awards in 2014.
