Cameryn Duran (she/her/hers) is a graphic designer and art director based in Philadelphia. She received her BS in graphic design from Drexel University in 2017. Cameryn wears many hats in her free time, and is a singer, an ultimate frisbee player, an interior designer, an avid gift-giver and a filmmaker / cinematographer.

In addition to teaching at Drexel, Cameryn works full-time as an art director for a creative advertising agency, and the first LGBTQIA+ founded agency in the country, IMRE. Her work there focuses on healthcare clients and spans across consumer and provider spaces. She is passionate about using design to help patients and caregivers during their healthcare journey, and to educate providers on the latest medical advancements in the industry. Prior to IMRE, Cameryn worked in-house as a graphic designer for Penn Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania's health system. Cameryn also maintains a small freelance studio out of her home in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, focusing on restaurants and wedding stationery.

As an alumnus of the Drexel University graphic design program, Cameryn brings her own professional experiences to the coursework, and aims to create a safe and welcoming environment for the students in her class. She is passionate about mentoring students and has spearheaded the design internship programs at her places of work for the past several years.
