Incident Report Requests

A public request for reports and records made through Drexel's Department of Public Safety (DPS), includes vehicle accident reports or incident reports that may relate to a crime that was committed or an injury that may have occurred. To request a public record from DPS, please follow the instructions below.

If a record does not exist in the requested format, it will be provided in the format on file. Requests for confidential information or videos may require a subpoena directed to Drexel's Office of the General Counsel.

Students, Faculty and Professional Staff

There are no fees required to request an incident report. Complete and return the Incident Request Form to DPS. Forms may be emailed to dpsinvestigations@drexel.edu, or mailed to or dropped off at Drexel Police Headquarters: 3219 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Non-Drexel Requesters

Complete and return the required form to DPS. Forms may be mailed to or dropped off at Drexel Police Headquarters: 3219 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Fees are as follows:

  • Open Record Fees: $25
  • Initial Vehicle Accident Report: $25
  • Vehicle Accident Photos / Video: $35
