At Hershey High School, she was a prominent musician in auditioned choral and orchestral ensembles, participated in the school musical, and was a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Additionally, she was a violinist in the Harrisburg Symphony Youth Orchestra (HSYO) and a vocalist in the choir and musicals at her church. At Drexel, she is pursuing a B.S. in Biological Sciences alongside the Pennoni Honors with Distinction track, and minoring in Neuroscience and Music Performance. She has a Performing Arts Scholarship enabling her membership in the auditioned University Choir and Chamber Singers ensembles, where she is a regularly featured soloist. She also studies voice privately under the expert tutelage of Professor Katy Avery.

The recital will feature selections from George Handel’s Samson oratorio, the German Mörike-Lieder of Hugo Wolf, and cross-cultural French-based works by composers such as Jacques Prévert, Édith Piaf, and Charles Trenet. The chosen music spans various languages and styles, with an intent to educate on diverse cultures and history. The varied lyricism will additionally target contrasting emotional connections, ultimately aiming to bring a new perspective of musical experience to the audience.
