Grad Fashion Design '18 alum Azhar Jasim has an undergraduate degree in chemistry. She embroidered symbolic imagery from her native country of Iraq onto luxurious Italian woolen jacquard fabric to create her sophisticated graduate coat collection for the 2018 Drexel Fashion Show. The collection won the Karen Andes Excellence in Handicraft Award.
