Ashley started her consultancy as a solution to her frustration of the under representation of designers of color in the fashion industry. Ashley's background encompasses over a decade of experience in global manufacturing, development, design and sourcing. As a steward in strategic product development, she has a demonstrated track record of leading creative multidisciplinary teams; working for brands: Michael Kors, Elie Tahari, Ralph Lauren, and Marchesa.
