Club Sports Overview
Recreational Athletics is an office within the Department of Athletics and works closely with the Office of Campus Activities to provide oversight and guidance for officially recognized student organizations that meet the criteria of being a Club Sport. The Club Sport office is responsible for the development and implementation of the policies of the program. The Office of Campus Activities provides University recognition and funding to all of our clubs. All Club Sports are registered student organizations, however the Club Sport office is the primary contact for all Club Sports.
Mission Statement
The Club Sport program strives to develop our student leaders by promoting the values of inclusion, wellness, teamwork and leadership through participation in competitive sport.
How To Join a Club Sport
Students interested in joining a Club Sport should contact the President of the specific Club Sport they wish to participate in. Individuals will need to complete a Participation Agreement on Dragon Link and health forms on ATS.
