Curriculum

The curriculum for the Interdisciplinary Problem Solving Minor (PSMI) is grounded in methods and methodologies. Students hone an understanding and practical application of interdisciplinary approaches to projects and ideas in PSMI's core courses. Co-taught Symposium courses further demonstrate the collaborative tension of interdisciplinary research, exemplifying that interdisciplinary work is so much more than the sum of its parts. Finally, students in the PSMI minor choose electives across Drexel departments to learn more about the methods and methodologies of other disciplines. The combination of disciplinary and interdisciplinary thinking as well as practical skills prepares students for working on teams, collaborating across an organization's departments, and creative problem-solving.

Please refer to the Drexel University Catalog for more information about the Interdisciplinary Problem Solving Minor.
