Pulse - Commencement 2017 2017 Golden Apple Awards

The medical students recognized the hard work of faculty and staff and expressed their gratitude at the annual Golden Apple Award Ceremony on April 4. Faculty members and residents were honored for excellence in teaching, with Golden Apples and Golden Stethoscopes respectively, and five staff members received special Golden Apples for their outstanding service to the school and student body. Each class nominates and votes for its own choices. Those in the pre-clinical years voted separately by curricular track: Interdisciplinary Foundations of Medicine and Program for Integrated Learning.
