Steinbright Career Development Center Services

The Steinbright Career Development Center is Drexel University's home for co-op and career opportunities. Whether you're part-time or full-time, online or on-campus, all degree-seeking students at Goodwin can make an appointment with a Steinbright advisor for advice and guidance on:

  • Interview preparation
  • Resume reviews

  • Salary negotiations

Handshake

Handshake is a job board with postings from employers who are specifically seeking Drexel University students and alumni. Handshake connects you to 500,000+ employers, including many on the Fortune 500 list. Along with job opportunities, the Handshake platform allows you to contact employers directly for informational interviews and other opportunities. 

You can also read reviews by other Drexel students and alumni about their experiences with an employer and connect on Handshake to further expand your network.

The Skills Hub

Offered through Continuing Professional Education, The Skills Hub is your home for professional development and career skill advancement. By combining hard technical skills like coding and project management with essential skills like communication and emotional intelligence, The Skills Hub equips learners to become well-rounded and highly marketable leaders. 

You can enroll in Professional Skill Tracks, enroll in a bootcamp or take a workshop in areas such as:

  • Project Management
  • Agile Scrum
  • Business Analysis
  • Web Development & Coding
  • Cybersecurity

There is also a full catalog of online self-paced courses.

All Drexel Alumni receive a 20% discount and Drexel employees can use tuition remission on Continuing Professional Education offerings.
