The greater Philadelphia metro area is home to more than 50 colleges and universities, many of which conduct research but do not have access to in-house, large-scale computation. As part of its commitment to serving the larger academic community, Drexel has established the Philadelphia High Performance Computing Consortium (PHPCC) to help investigators at primarily undergraduate institutions access and use Drexel’s computational resources.
