A scientific study of the great Sherlock Holmes, the design was inspired by the character's "beautifully scientific mind" and his persona as being "Almost Human." Using experimental typography and layout, the publication conveys the character's eccentric psychological state, while the modular images and type treatments were inspired by Sherlock's deductive process.
