The Steinbright Career Development Center is Drexel University's world-class resource for career and cooperative education services.

Our respected and dedicated team of career services professionals connects our students to a constantly growing network of employers and industry leaders across the globe through our co-op program and vast base of alumni.

Steinbright: The Co-op Employer View

With the help of our employer partners, the Steinbright Career Development Center is able to produce exceptional results and experiences for Drexel students. We greatly value the relationships developed with our partners, which span all facets of the professional world, as they serve an integral role within our innovative model of experiential learning.

Services

Steinbright provides three core services to our vast network of employer partners: undergraduate cooperative education, graduate cooperative education, and graduating senior and alumni recruitment. We invite you to explore the ways you can partner with us to recruit Drexel students and alumni.

Building Connections with Steinbright

Steinbright partners with employers to connect them with future industry leaders and gives students the opportunity to learn on-the-job skills before they even graduate. Working with Steinbright means joining a vast network of talent to help promote the growth of your organization.

Hiring Co-op Students

Drexel is co-op. It gives students a feel for what they really want to do. And because students gain hands-on, in-the-workplace experience, it also gives employers a pipeline of proven talent from which to recruit and hire. Learn more about how your company can hire current Drexel students.

Recruit Graduating Students and Alumni

Looking to hire graduating seniors or alumni? We invite you to post non-co-op positions in Handshake and set up on-campus interviews or other recruiting events.

On-Campus and Virtual Engagement

Employers are invited to participate in our career fairs or hold information sessions. Additionally, we offer many ways for companies and organizations to raise their visibility, including virtual events, campus visits, social media, and networking opportunities with students.

Important Dates for Employers

Keep up to date with important events and opportunities to connect with students and alumni.
