Embracing Generational Differences

Thursday, March 30, 2017

1:30 PM-3:00 PM

The research on generational differences shows that for the first time there are four to five generations in the workplace.  The generational differences that exist have been shaped by shared experiences, cultural norms and environmental influences.  This 90-minute workshop is designed to provide an overview of some of the differences that can impact communication, team synergy and our working relationships at the University.
