Using the On-Line Labor Redistribution Functionality

The On-Line Labor Redistribution is an administrative functionality for paperless reallocations to prior pay periods requiring changes to salary distributions. This functionality supports the goals of the University to process reallocations rapidly, through an electronic approval process, while providing an audit trail of all approval/disapproval history.

This class provides instruction on how to access, complete, and submit the On-Line Labor Redistributions. Information on how to track history of transactions and simple troubleshooting of common errors will be included. Participants must have access to the On-Line Labor Redistribution functionality prior to attending class. The Access Request form for Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) and/or On-line Labor Redistribution Form must be completed. Enrollment in the class will be closed two days prior to the class date. This is required so that security can be set up in the test system for the participants.
