Our commitment to experience and learning stretches far beyond the classroom, and our Dragons are encouraged to make the most of everything that lies before them. From connecting with fellow students through on-campus activities to taking advantage of the endless opportunities our location within the city of Philadelphia provides, Drexel students embrace all aspects of University life while broadening their horizons, creating lifelong friendships, and positively impacting those around them.

Trying New Things, Discovering New Passions

With activities that include more than 300 student clubs and organizations and over 35 fraternities and sororities, along with a wide variety of visual and performing arts ensembles and attractions, Drexel is a place designed to let students explore their interests and follow the pursuits that drive them. For those looking for more athletic outlets, our Dragons are invited to participate in sports on Division I, club, or intramural levels, or even to take advantage of our many indoor and outdoor facilities.

An Active Campus that Connects Students With the World

Located in the heart of University City, our campus provides students with everything they need — including housing and dining services, a safe and secure environment, and more — allowing them to focus on connecting with their fellow Dragons and exploring everything the great city of Philadelphia has to offer. They also have the opportunity to develop as civically engaged citizens able to support their local community and beyond as they expand their learning experiences to a global scale.
