Drexel subscribes to the Naxos Music Library, an online library of recordings from the Naxos catalog and several other independent labels. Click here to go to the link point in the Hagerty Library. (Scroll down to the "Naxos Music Library.")

Drexel also has a limited subscription to the Classical Music Library, an online library of recordings from the EMI catalog and several other labels. Click here to go to the link point in the Hagerty Library. (Scroll down to the "Classical Music Library.")

Finally, Drexel also subscribes to Oxford Music Online (formerly the Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians), the online equivalent of a 25 volume encyclopedia of music (mostly classical, but with quite a lot of information about jazz and world music, as well). Others:

  • Language Pronunciation page (all singing languages)—type in the word and it speaks it in the assigned language.
  • A Language Guide with spoken pronunciation of letter combinations for common singing languages.
  • A spoken guide to IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) symbols.
  • The Classical MIDI archive has a huge set of MIDI files, and a fair number of mp3 files of classical music.
  • Art Song Central is a database of scanned, public domain art songs. It includes IPA pronunciation guides for most of the songs and a great deal of the standard literature used in voice studios.
