Hoots & Hellmouth is creating a ruckus on the music scene. The band was recognized as one of the fastest rising stars of the independent music scene. WXPN-FM (88.5) named Hoots & Hellmouth an "Artist to Watch" (read more here). WPVI-TV (Channel 6) also named the band an Artist to Watch and the three-piece group was featured in an on-air segment.
