MAD Dragon Records will be celebrating the release of MAD Dragon Records' recording artist Matt Duke's LP, Winter Child, on Friday October 6th at the Philadelphia Ethical Society Building. This is an all ages show, doors open at 6:30pm (tickets $9 in advance, $12 at the door), and Todd Wright of Getaway Car will be opening.

Duke also appeared on MAD Dragon's 2005 XYX Compilation alongside Trisha O'Keefe and Julia Othmer. XYX was put into heavy rotation on XM Satellite Radio, as well as numerous college stations. Winter Child is a wonderful album and it's laden with Duke's signature songwriting style & extraordinarily beautiful melodies infused with unconventional song structures and intricate rhythmic textures.
