Anne Cecil presented "Punk Rock Women Alive and Well in South Philadelphia Part 4: Punk Art - Judith Schaecter, Stained Glass & the International Scene” at the City University sponsored conference titled ‘Extra/Ordinary Dress Code' in Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, Anne will be working with Anne Pierson-Smith, Assistant Professor in the Department of English at the City University of Hong Kong, on a course to be simultaneously offered at Drexel and City University.
