Beth Phillips is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Design & Merchandising program in Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. She provides the department with expertise in the areas of entrepreneurship, global product development and career development.
After a successful career in marketing luxury European fashion and home design companies in the United States, Beth re-engineered her skills and become a Career Transition and Development Coach. Her company, Phillips International, works one-on-one with recent graduates and business professionals to identify their skills and interests, and to incorporate them into successful career transitions or job changes. She is also a co-author of Fashion Careers: The Complete Job Search Workbook, the definitive guide to conducting successful job searches and continuing career development in the fashion industries.
