Mary Beth Cadmus is the Assistant Director, Individual Giving for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts managing a portfolio of major donors raising restricted and unrestricted support for the arts center. Prior to this she worked as the Director of Development for The Little Orchestra Society as well as the Director of Individual Giving at the New-York Historical Society working on major gift fundraising for their capital renovation campaign and planned giving. She also worked at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center on The Campaign for NJPAC, a $180 million capital campaign, in various positions including Major Gift Officer and Gift Planning Officer. Mary Beth held positions as the Marketing Associate for the New Jersey State Council on the Arts / Art Pride NJ and lectured at Rutgers University on arts administration. She holds a B.A. in Art History / Museum Studies from Rutgers University, M.S. from Drexel University, and is a Ph.D. student writing her dissertation in Public Administration at Rutgers University.
