Kristina (Tina) L. Gilbert

Gilbert is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Management Consulting - Strategy Practice. She has over 20 years of business experience and 15 years of Life Sciences marketing and sales experience, working with major pharmaceutical companies, emerging biotech firms, and start-up companies on commercial strategies. She is the North America Management Consulting sponsor for Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), leading a team focused on Accenture’s ability “attract, retain, and advance” diverse populations, and “moving the needle” to create an inclusive culture across all audiences.  She is a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Diversity Council and on the Steering Committee of Diversity Executive Network for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.  She holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Spelman College.
