Jennifer Epp is a Governor for Region 9 of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She represents civil engineers in the state of California on ASCE's national Board of Direction. She chairs the Region 9 Awards Committee. She also serves on ASCE's national committees on Public Policy and Raising the Bar. Epp was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Founded in 1852, ASCE represents more than 140,000 members of the civil engineering profession worldwide and is America's oldest national engineering society.
She also recently relocated to San Luis Obispo, Calif., and is working as a Water Resource Control Engineer for the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. For the previous nine years, she worked for CH2M HILL in their Sacramento office. She was an Associate Project Manager and Group Leader/Staffing Lead in the company's water group. In her new position, she works with Monterey County municipalities and their storm water management programs.
She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a master’s degree in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California. She enjoys hiking, cycling and traveling with her husband.
