Parrish, of St. Paul, MN, is the executive director of the Minnesota Women's Consortium, a network of 150 organizations committed to achieving equity and justice for women and girls. She is the author of many publications including the Minnesota Women's Action Plan. Her recent work has been focused on leadership skills that build coalition across social and cultural difference.
