Prasad, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the UNM Center for Life's founding Executive Director. She is also the founding Section Chief of Integrative Medicine at the University of New Mexico's Health Science Center (UNM HSC), and the Interim Division Chief of General Internal Medicine. Prasad is a Professor of Internal Medicine at UNM and holds an adjunct clinical professorship at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, University of Arizona.
