As part of their State Initiative, Fraiche and Weston Broome are increasing the number of women on corporate boards, government boards and commissions and to exploring and addressing obstructions to the advancement of women. This initiative will increase the number of women interested and trained for appointment, election or promotion to local corporate boards and other positions of influence according to annual targets through 2015.
