Equality in 2020

Vision 2020 imagines an America where gender equality is guaranteed and cherished. The emanating waves created by the American Conversation about Women and Leadership will reach women and men across the country and engage them in the work of achieving and protecting equality as the foundation of our democracy. In 2020, women’s participation in leadership roles throughout society will be dramatically increased.
