: The MAX Light Rail line runs directly from PDX and is accessible from inside the airport next to the baggage claim. From the airport, take the MAX Red Line to City Center and get off at the Pioneer Square North MAX Station. From Pioneer Square, you'll walk about .2 miles south to the Hilton. One-way fare is $2.50. Taxis and airport shuttles
: Directly outside of baggage claim, you can access taxis and other airport shuttles. Although pricing can vary between companies, a taxi from the airport to the Hilton will cost approximately $35. The SuperShuttle is another option for approximately $14 per person. Reservations are often required for the shuttle and wait times vary:

Directions by car
: The airport is about 9 miles from the Hilton.
From the Airport: Take I-205 SOUTH and exit onto I-84 WEST. As I-84 ends, stay left and take I-5 SOUTH towards Salem. Immediately follow the City Center signs, which will take you across the Morrison Bridge. Stay straight through traffic light at the end of the bridge, which will bring you onto SW Washington Street. Take SW Washington for 1 block, then turn left on 3rd Avenue. Follow 3rd Avenue for 4 blocks, turn right on SW Taylor. Follow for 1 block, turn left onto SW Broadway, left on Salmon Street, and then left on SW 6th. The main Hilton building will be on your left.
