Professor Using Software to Improve Feedback

Dr. Scott Warnock, assistant professor of English, is applying the software Camtasia Studio to enhance his students’ learning experience by providing video feedback about rough drafts of their writing. Instead of red ink to grade papers, Warnock uses Camtasia to send students notes that appear as drawings on their computer screens, along with an audio commentary on the strengths and weaknesses of their work...
