MBA Student, Professors Involved in Special Business
A Drexel MBA student developed a business plan for "Nifty Gifts," a gift basket business staffed by brain-damaged patients at a local rehabilitation center.
Nifty Gifts sells high-quality gift baskets for all occasions produced by patients at the Drucker Brain Injury Center of the Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in northeast Philadelphia.
MBA student Albert DeGregorio, a Conrail employee, developed the comprehensive plan for the business as his senior project, which was chaired by Dr. Milton Silver, professor of management, and aided by Dr. Trina Andras, professor of marketing, and William B. Deane, instructor of management. All will continue to contribute their expertise to the project.
