ROTC to Honor Veterans The Philadelphia ROTC Corps will honor past and present soldiers at its third annual Veterans` Day observance at Buckley Field on November 11. A battalion of students from six Greater Philadelphia institutions, including Drexel, will march at the event. This year`s guest speaker will be Honorable Ronald Castile, chief justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
