WYBE-TV Broadcasting The Drexel InterView

The Drexel InterView, which is entering its third season of broadcasting on DUTV, began airing on WYBE Public Television in July. Now the InterView can be seen on WYBE on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. and Sundays at 5 p.m.

The Drexel InterView is hosted by cultural critic, novelist and Distinguished Professor of English, Dr. Paula Marantz Cohen. It features half-hour interviews with noteworthy figures in science, business, art, literature, film, medicine and technology, which are taped in the University’s historic Anthony J. Drexel Picture Gallery, one of Philadelphia’s best examples of late 19th-century architecture.

Cohen brings to The Drexel InterView a wealth of knowledge and experience. In addition to teaching, she is the author of Jane Austen in Boca (2002), Much Ado About Jessie Kaplan (2004) and Jane Austen in Scarsdale: Or Love, Death, and the SATs (2006).

The show began broadcasting in 2004 on Drexel’s cable television station DUTV and continues to be a regular feature on that station.
