As Executive Director of the Rudman Institute, Gluck is charged with the responsibility for ensuring that all the college assets such as DUTV, and the Paul F. Harron Studios are used to maximum effectiveness by Drexel students as they learn innovative methods to develop and distribute content via television and broadband. He will work hand-in-hand with other college media assets including MadDragon Records and WKDU. Gluck will be charged with increasing student production and distribution of the many events and performances on the Drexel campus, both to the campus community and a wider audience. He will develop new curriculum related to the entertainment industry and will also be responsible for the development of symposia, guest speakers and panel discussions to deepen the connection between the University and the entertainment industry.

At WHYY, Gluck supervised content, production and distribution. He oversaw numerous projects on a regional and national scale. He also supervised the development and launch of WHYY’s two new digital TV channels, an HD radio service and podcast services.

Prior to WHYY, Gluck served as a producer, manager and news director in some of the nation’s largest newsrooms, including KYW-TV and WCAU-TV. He has also worked as an independent producer and media consultant.
