President Papadakis presents Dr. Xinzhao Chen, president of China`s Hefei University of Technology, with a "Mario the Magnificient" plush toy as a gesture of goodwill. Chen was on campus to sign an agreement for academic exchange and cooperation between Drexel and Hefei.
