10th Annual Holiday Toy Drive Biggest in University History

The University’s 10th annual Holiday Toy Drive, organized by the Office of Government and Community Relations, was the most successful in Drexel history, with 4,000 toys donated by students, faculty and staff.

The Toy Drive concluded with a ceremony in the Great Court on December 21. Representatives from 50 community and civic organizations from North and West Philadelphia were on hand to receive the toys.

In addition to the Toy Drive, the Drexel University College of Medicine continued its traditional Holiday Book Drive, collecting more than 530 new books for children at Mifflin Elementary School and the West Kensington Boys and Girls Club.
