Members of the men’s and women’s basketball teams celebrated the start of the new season and Thanksgiving early with a “hearty but healthy” dinner hosted by President and Mrs. Papadakis at The Orchards on November 1. The meal, which was prepared by Drexel culinary arts students under the direction of Drexel’s Director of Culinary Arts Chef Charles Ziccardi, included roast organic turkey breast, cranberry and golden raisin compote, fresh fruit and whole wheat biscuits.
